It has taken me 25 years to realize that I will NEVER be smaller than a size 6, and will most likely spend my life floating between 8, 10, & 12.  But I spent so many years in High School and College wondering why a Size 10 could never score a 10 in a pageant. Even outside of swimsuit competition, her size was taken into account in other phases.
